– The Next Verge Halving 2023 (The last Verge Halving)

The last Verge block reward halving is scheduled for October 3, 2023 (approximately) and its the last halving on the XVG network. Verge’s initial block reward was 200,000 XVG. For this upcoming Verge halving, the total number of Verge mined by miners per block will be reduced from 6.25 XVG to 0 XVG. The Verge block rewards halve over a different time period and number of blocks. After 500,000 blocks, the maximum number of coins in circulation will be reached. Annual Verge inflation will be reduced to 0%.
